One Ablyos account works on both sites. Your account is held by ablyos.com: ablyos.ai recognises you without signing in again, and signing out of one site signs you out of the other.
With Pro, everyone in the business gets Ablyos AI Pro; with Growth, Ablyos AI Max. Clients covered by an agency under its own brand get Ablyos AI Pro. The 7-day trial is the Pro plan's trial: it includes Ablyos AI Pro for the whole team. Starter doesn't include it.
To open it: "Open Ablyos AI" in your workspace, or "My Ablyos account" at the top of every page. If the subscription is paused, the included access stops too; your conversations stay readable on ablyos.ai.
