Where your data lives
- All Ablyos data lives in a single PostgreSQL database, which we can place with a European host (Germany or France). If that's a requirement for your business, email us before you start.
- The application itself is served by our current hosting provider in the United States. The code doesn't depend on any provider-specific service, so it can move to Europe.
- Payments go through Stripe: Ablyos never sees your card number.
Encryption and access
- Everything travels over HTTPS, enforced by the browser (HSTS).
- Access to your Gmail or Outlook inbox and your two-factor secrets are encrypted in the database (AES-256-GCM) and never sent back to the browser.
- Passwords are hashed (bcrypt), two-factor authentication is available on every account, and you can see and close sessions one by one.
- Each business sees only its own data: every request is filtered by the business open in the session, and automated tests check it on every release.
AI, kept in check
- Agents only answer from your information, cite their source and say when they don't know.
- Everything they read (websites, documents, emails) is treated as data, never as an instruction. A hidden instruction is detected and holds the message until you approve it.
- Nothing goes out beyond the autonomy you've chosen, and any action that sends a message asks for confirmation.
- Your data is never sold or used by Ablyos to train models.
GDPR and your customers
- For your customers' and prospects' data, Ablyos acts as a processor: you stay in control of that data.
- Prospecting: one-click unsubscribe in every message, unsubscribed addresses never contacted again, no cold email in Canada.
- Full export at any time; when a subscription ends, data is kept for 90 days and then deleted.
- An audit log records sensitive actions: inbox connected, export, content published, domain verified.
Frequently asked questions
Is my data hosted in Europe?
The Ablyos database can be placed in Europe (Germany or France). The application is currently served from the United States. Email us if European hosting is a requirement for you.
Does Ablyos read my email?
Only if you connect your inbox, to reply to incoming requests and send your prospecting. Access is encrypted, and you can revoke it whenever you like.
How do I report a vulnerability?
