In "Calendar", set the appointment length (30 minutes to start), the minimum notice and your hours for each day. Appointments booked by the agent, on your website or by hand show up in the same place.
An appointment can be confirmed, pending or cancelled. Your website's booking page offers the same slots to visitors.
