Import and export your contacts

An import accepts up to 5,000 rows. Ablyos recognises the columns (name, company, email, phone…) and completes an existing contact instead of duplicating it.

For HubSpot, use a private app token: it is used for the import only and never stored. The CSV export neutralises cells that look like a formula.

How to do it

1. Open "Contacts"

   Then the Import button.

2. Pick the source

   A CSV or Excel file, Google Contacts, Outlook, or HubSpot with a private app token.

3. Check the columns

   Ablyos detects them; correct if needed, then run the import. Duplicates are merged.
