The trial starts when you create your business. It lasts 7 days, or 14 if you arrived through a referral partner's link. No card is needed. Each person gets one trial.
During the trial, every building block of the Pro plan is open, with the Starter prospecting quota (100 businesses a month). "Choose my plan" opens secure checkout with Stripe; your remaining trial days carry on.
You get an email two days before the end, on the day, and three days after. Without a plan, your workspace is paused: agents stop and your data stays readable. Your website stays online for 14 days, with a "paused" banner only you can see, then it goes offline.
Your data is kept for 90 days after the pause, then deleted. Two reminders go out before deletion, 14 days and 2 days before. Choosing a plan at any point during those 90 days picks everything up where you left it.
