Frequently asked questions
Do I need the App Store or Google Play?
No. The app installs from your browser, free of charge, with your Ablyos subscription. Nothing to download from a store.
Is it the same as the website?
Yes: it's your client space, with the same data and the same account, opened in its own window like an app.
How do I remove it?
Like any app: long-press the icon then “Remove” on a phone, right-click the Dock or Start menu icon on a computer. Your account and data stay as they are.
My browser doesn't offer anything, what now?
Firefox on desktop and some browsers don't install web apps. Open the page in Chrome, Edge or Safari, or scan the QR code to install Ablyos on your phone.
