1. Data controller

2. What we process, and why
Account and billing: name, email address, business, country, subscription (performance of contract). Card data is handled by Stripe, never by Ablyos.
Trial without an account: the business name you type and the public information found (official register, business website), kept for 48 hours (legitimate interest: showing you the result you asked for).
Analytics: page views and events, with no advertising cookie or third-party service, kept for 25 months.
Requests sent to Ablyos (Studio form, emails): to reply to you, kept for 3 years after the last exchange.
3. Our customers' customers' data
Contacts, conversations, quotes and prospects a business manages in Ablyos are processed by Ablyos as a processor, on that business's instructions, which is the controller. They are never sold or used by Ablyos to train models.
4. Sub-processors
Application hosting: Replit, Inc. (United States). Database: with the application host or a European host. Payments: Stripe. Email: Resend. AI models: OpenRouter and the model providers it connects to. Sign-in and inboxes, if you connect them: Google, Microsoft, Apple. Transfers outside the European Union rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy framework.
5. Retention
Account: for the duration of the subscription, then 90 days. Trial without an account: 48 hours. Prospects who did not become customers: 3 years after last contact. Security log: 13 months. Invoices: legal retention period.
6. Your rights
You can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to processing or ask for it to be restricted, by emailing contact@ablyos.com. You can also contact your country's data protection authority (in France, the CNIL).

Encryption in transit and of secrets at rest, strict data isolation between businesses, audit log: details are on the Security page.
