1. The site and the account

ablyos.com presents the Ablyos software and lets you try it. Accounts are personal: the email address is verified before the account is created, and you keep your credentials to yourself. Two-factor authentication is recommended.

2. Trying without an account

The business name you type on the site starts a preview (website, prospects, agent) kept for 48 hours, linked to your browser, then deleted if no account is created.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Ablyos to send unsolicited messages in breach of the law, deceive people, publish unlawful content, infringe others' rights, bypass technical limits, test security without written permission, or copy the site and its code.

4. Artificial intelligence

Ablyos agents use artificial intelligence models. People who chat with a business's front desk agent are told they are talking to an automated assistant. Replies are based on the business's information and may contain errors.

5. Ownership

The site, the software, the Ablyos brand and their components belong to NS Corp. Customer content remains the Customer's.

6. Suspension

Ablyos may suspend an account that breaks these rules or endangers the Service or third parties, after notifying the Customer except in an emergency.
