With Outlook, Ablyos sends from your inbox and reads incoming requests. With Gmail, Ablyos sends from your inbox; for the agent to answer incoming emails, forward your contact address to the forwarding address shown in "Front desk agent".
Access to your inbox is encrypted, never sent back to the browser, and deleted when you disconnect. Without a connected inbox, quotes go out through Ablyos on your behalf, with replies going to your address.
How to do it
- Open "Connections"
Under "Business" in the left-hand bar.
- Choose Gmail or Outlook
Sign in with Google or Microsoft and accept the requested access.
- Forward incoming email
With Gmail, set up forwarding from your contact address to your Ablyos forwarding address in Google.
