Totals are recalculated by the server from the lines (quantity, unit price before tax, tax rate). The quote goes out from your connected inbox, otherwise through Ablyos on your behalf.
Your customer opens the quote on a page that needs no account and isn't indexed, where they accept or decline it. Without a reply, follow-ups take over. Invoices are coming soon.
How to do it
- Describe the job
In "Quotes", pick the contact and describe the work.
- Adjust the lines
Descriptions, quantities, prices and tax can be changed; totals follow.
- Send
"Send" emails the quote link to your customer, with the PDF.
