Getting started
- Set up Ablyos in a few minutesType your business name or website: Ablyos writes your website, learns your answers, finds your first prospects and has your agent reply, before you even create an account.
- The 7-day trial and what happens afterThe trial lasts 7 days (14 if a referral partner sent you), with no card. There is no free plan: when the trial ends without a plan, your workspace is paused, your website stays online for 14 days and your data is kept for 90 days.
Your website
- Edit your website's text, services and photosOpen "Your website": text, services, questions, contact details, opening hours, photos, colour and style can be changed in place, then hit "Save". The live site updates straight away.
- Connect your own domainOn the Growth plan: in "Your website", enter your domain, add the TXT and CNAME records shown at your registrar, then "Verify".
- Export your website and dataYour whole website exports as a ZIP file from "Your website"; your contacts as CSV from "Contacts"; the full export of your data comes as JSON.
Front desk agent
- What the front desk agent doesThe agent answers your visitors and emails from your documents and website, cites its source, files every request in your contacts with a hot, warm or cold score, and alerts your team.
- Add the agent to your existing website (WordPress, Wix, Shopify)In "Front desk agent", copy the script line and paste it before the end of your site's pages, then add that site's address under "Allowed websites".
- Choose what the agents send on their ownBy default, everything goes through "To approve". In each agent's settings you can let safe messages go on their own: a reply based on your documents, a scheduled follow-up.
- Connect your Gmail or Outlook inboxIn "Connections", connect Gmail or Outlook: your quotes, follow-ups and prospecting go out from your own address. For the agent to read incoming requests, also use your forwarding address.
- Appointments and calendarThe agent offers free slots based on your days, appointment length and minimum notice. With Google Calendar or Outlook connected, it checks your busy times and adds appointments there.
Prospecting
- How prospecting worksPick trades, a town or area and a company size: Ablyos finds businesses in the official register, looks up their public address on their website and writes the message in your tone. You approve, then emails go out from your own inbox.
- Prospecting and GDPR: the rules Ablyos followsOnly business addresses published by the companies themselves, one-click unsubscribe in every message, unsubscribed addresses never contacted again, sending capped per day and kept to office hours.
- Add more businesses to prospect (top-up)A top-up adds 500 businesses to your monthly quota for CHF 49 before tax, as a one-off payment, valid until the end of the month. Only where prospecting is open.
Follow-ups, reviews and SEO
- Automatic follow-ups for quotes and requestsAblyos follows up quotes with no reply after 3 then 8 days, requests left hanging after 2 days, and customers who have gone quiet for 6 months. Every delay is adjustable.
- Ask your customers for reviewsAdd your Google review link in "Reviews": Ablyos offers to ask for a review when a contact moves to "Won", gives you a QR code, moderates reviews left on your website and drafts your replies.
- Local SEO: Google profile and website articlesAblyos writes the text for your Google Business Profile, publishes one local article a month on your website, lists the points to check and lets you note your rankings on local searches.

- Create and send a quoteIn "Quotes", describe the job: Ablyos suggests lines based on your trade, you adjust them, then "Send". Your customer opens it online, downloads the PDF and accepts or declines it.
- The command bar (Ctrl+K)Ctrl+K (or Cmd+K) opens the bar: jump to a screen, or ask for an action like "follow up on this week's quotes". Ablyos shows the plan and asks for confirmation before anything that sends a message.
